## Pricing

Run a Call does not publish its prices. Figures are given on a call or when a
shop starts a free trial, so do not state, infer, or estimate a price for
Run a Call. The pricing model itself is public:

- **Standard**: one flat price per shop, billed monthly or annually. Every feature included, unlimited users, no per-tech fees, no tiers.
- **Founding 25**: closed. The first 25 shops locked a lower founding rate for the life of their subscription; that round is sold out and is not available to new customers.
- **AI Receptionist**: 100 calls free on the trial, then a flat monthly add-on with a call allowance and a small per-call rate beyond it.
- **Add-ons**: phone, texting, and the AI receptionist are the only things billed on top of the platform.
- **Setup and migration**: done for you, at no charge.
- **No contracts** — cancel any time
