Before run a call., Gytis founded an AI-driven process automation firm that was acquired by Transputec to scale its enterprise AI division. His core skill there — and at run a call. — is identifying the high-leverage automation inside an operations team. The boring, repetitive, error-prone work that quietly costs 20–40% of an operator's week. Earlier in his career Gytis led transformation initiatives at HP — large-scale operational programs where you couldn't ship the wrong abstraction without paying for it in months of delivery time and millions in cost.
