You're a new company. What if you're not around in a year?
Fair question, and the one we get most. We wrote a signed pledge, notarized, that says if we shut down within 24 months of you signing up, we personally pay to move you to any competitor (up to $2,500), hand you a full data export, and refund your last 90 days. Download it from the section above. Every other software you've used has the same risk and none of them put it in writing.
How long does setup actually take?
3 to 5 business days if we have everything we need from you (current customer list, pricebook, schedules, tech info). We do the work. You watch. We don't disappear on you between calls. There's a shared checklist that shows what's done and what's next, and your migration specialist is reachable directly the whole time.
My techs are 50+ and barely use their phones. Will they figure this out?
Yes, and that's exactly who we built the mobile app for. Large tap targets. No nested menus. Big readable font. Works on the cheapest Android. Most techs are running a full job, including taking payment, within 20 minutes of seeing it the first time. If yours aren't, we'll get on a call and walk them through it personally.
What if I'm in a basement and lose signal mid-job?
The tech app works fully offline. Job details, photos, notes, payment capture, all of it. When the phone reconnects, it syncs automatically. You'll never lose work because of bad reception.
What about my QuickBooks?
Two-way sync with QuickBooks Online is included. Invoices flow over. Customers stay in sync. We don't support QuickBooks Desktop directly, but we have a path for it. Ask us about it on the call.
Can my techs collect payment in the field?
Yes. Stripe Connect is built in. Tap-to-pay on the phone, card swipe, or text-the-customer-a-link. Money lands in your bank in 1–2 business days. Standard Stripe processing rates (2.9% + 30¢). We add zero markup.
Do you do service agreements / memberships?
Yes. Set up plans, auto-generate maintenance jobs on schedule, track member retention. This is core to the product, not an add-on.
I'm currently on ServiceTitan and I'm locked in. What can you do?
We have a dedicated package for this. We credit up to $2,500 of your termination fee, rebuild your pricebook from your ServiceTitan export, and run both systems in parallel for 60 days so dispatch never goes down during the transition. What does the AI receptionist actually do?
It answers calls when your office is closed or on the other line. It books appointments. It captures customer info. It can route emergencies. It sends a transcript and a recording to your dashboard after every call. You can review, edit, or take over any call. It's optional. Turn it off whenever you want. Free for 90 days, then $99/mo for 100 calls.
How is this different from Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Three things. First, we're HVAC-only: that means real Good/Better/Best estimates, equipment service history tied to the property, and a pricebook pre-loaded with HVAC items, not a generic field service template. Second, we have a real dispatch board with a multi-day view, not a basic calendar. Third, we don't have per-tech pricing: add as many techs as you want for the same price.
How is this different from ServiceTitan?
ServiceTitan publicly states their platform isn't optimized for shops with 3 or fewer technicians. They're built for 20+ tech enterprise operations. We're built for shops doing $1M–$10M. Same core features (dispatch, pricebook, agreements, mobile), without the $20K setup, 12-month contract, or 6-month onboarding nightmare.
What if I hate it after a month?
Cancel. No fee. No call required. You can export all your data to CSV from the settings page. We'd rather have you leave clean than stay frustrated. If it's within 90 days, we also refund every cent you paid.
Can I see a demo before signing up?
You can, but you don't have to. The free trial is fully functional. You can run real jobs through it. If you want a walkthrough first, book a 20-minute call with a founder.
Is my data actually mine?
Yes. Full CSV export anytime from the settings page. Open API. If you ever leave, you take everything with you. We don't hold your data hostage. We literally signed a document promising we won't.
Will my pricing go up?
For Founding accounts: no. The $199/mo rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. For Open Shop accounts: standard SaaS practice. We may adjust pricing annually based on CPI (typically 3–5%), with 60 days' notice. We will never raise it more than that. You can cancel at any time if you don't agree.
What integrations do you have?
QuickBooks Online (two-way sync), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Retell (AI receptionist), Google/Microsoft calendars. Distributor punchout (Ferguson, Johnstone, Baker) is in beta. Open API for everything else.
